what is the Exits ?

SaaS stands for " Software as a Service" , understand that it is literally "software as a service" or more precisely "Software on demand".

SaaS is a way for publishers to offer their software.

The SaaS model therefore encompasses two realities:

• An economical offer: the software is not sold individually but as a subscription.
• a technological offering: the software is distributed and accessible via a network (as opposed to software that must be installed on the user's computer)

The SaaS model therefore has advantages for the user (who always has the latest version of the software; they don't have to reinstall new versions on their machine with each update, the publisher takes care of that). And advantages for the publisher who benefits from recurring revenue through subscriptions.
