Adobe acquires Néolane, a French marketing software publisher

Adobe has just announced on its website the redemption of Neolane French publisher of marketing software.

The transaction, valued at approximately $600 million, provides Adobe with a comprehensive cross-channel campaign management solution. The French software will be integrated into Adobe's Marketing Cloud suite, which already includes numerous modules.
